Directions:
1. Coat chicken with buttermilk and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
2. Mix together flour, breadcrumbs, and spice mix.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
4. In your best frying pan, heat vegetable oil on medium heat and cook chicken pieces for 5 minutes on each side or until lightly brown.
5. Place chicken on a wire rack and place the rack on a foil-covered baking sheet and shove it in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center of the biggest piece of chicken is no longer pink.
